Our modern installations consist of 12 exclusive apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, designed specially for family vacationing.
They are located in a beautiful building, recently constructed (2006), in the middle of beautiful gardens in a very privileged location between the famous 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean Sea, with its magnificent white sand beaches. It has a nice private pool and guests have access to the exclusive beach that is very well kept by the neighbor HOTEL LAS PALAPAS.
The building is equipped with an elevator servicing from the covered parking lot of the semi basement to the three apartment floors, from where you can enjoy a great view of the gardens that surround it.
The roof has been designed as a solarium. From there and particularly from the third floor penthouses you can enjoy, over the tropical garden of LAS PALAPAS HOTEL, a spectacular view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea |
