Customer failure to follow instructions including, but not limited to, flight departure times, hotel check-in and check-out times and dates, and voucher redemption policies;
Cancellation or Change for Any Reason to Travel Services Offered by Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel: Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel reserves the right to cancel or change published services, but will attempt to substitute them with similar services. If a reservation must be canceled, Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel's liability will be limited to a full refund of all money paid by the client. Full refunds are not applicable in situations where the trip must be canceled, interrupted, or postponed by Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel for reasons beyond its control (force majeure events, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, quarantines, pandemics, etc.) and where Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel's contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain a refund of the sum paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel reserves the right to retain 10% of the total amount paid for the reservation as an administrative fee. Although we constantly update our rates, in rare cases, rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the supplier may not be able to update the rates promptly. Riviera Maya Suites Condo Hotel conducts periodic reviews, and it is possible that there may be discrepancies between the price paid for the reservation and the price required to use the service.
