Reservation policies

Reservations:

  • All reservations require a 10% advance payment.
  • A second payment of 40% one month before arrival
  • The remaining balance is paid at check-in.


Cancellation Policies:


  • 100% refunds are available with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival, 75% of the deposit is refunded.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before arrival, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between the 3rd and the same day of arrival will not be refunded.
  • No Show: If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation, we do not offer a refund.
  • No pets allowed.


Our check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.



Security deposit: It is mandatory for all reservations to cover the amount of 250 USD or $5,000 pesos for the proper use of the furniture, which will be returned on the day of departure upon delivery of the apartment in the same condition. It can be paid by credit card or cash.



Inventory: During check-in/check-out, we will do a brief inventory of the apartment, which takes about 5 minutes.
